Ello Ladies and Gents, My name is Katherine & I’m 21 years. I live in a small Alaskan city. I am currently on full scholarship at Mat-su College where I am not really doing anything but taking up space. My hope is to being working on a PhD in Archaeology soon and maybe get a degree for Computer Programming or Web Design somewhere along the way.

I am a classical liberal in terms of my “political standing” but really I believe in freedom & equality for everyone. I despise cruelty, bigotry and corruption.

I’ve been wearing lolita fashion since I was 16. I wear mostly Gothic & Classic Lolita with a smattering of sweet lolita now and again. Recently I’ve fallen in love with other Japaneses street fashions such as, Otome kei, Dolly kei and Cult Party kei. My favorite brands are Metamorphose temps de fille, Emily Temple cute, and Moi-même-Moitié.

I collect Victorian photographs and unicorn plushies. I love Disney films (my favorites are Mulan & The Aristocats) and Hayao Miyazaki (Ghibli) films (My favorites are Whisper of the Heart and Kiki’s Delivery Service). I enjoy embroidery & DIY projects. My favorite place to shop are thrift stores and vintage shops. I love Etsy.com and various indie online shops (list of my favorite online shops). I am OBSESSED with 70’s-80’s shojo manga. I have a Siamese Himalayan that I spoil rotten. I wish I lived in Tokyo, Japan like any good weeaboo. 

My favorite books are Tale of Genji (Genji Monogatari) by Murasaki Shikibu & Dune by Frank Herbert. My favorite movies are Practical Magic, Noises Off, Iron Man, Summer Wars, & Tank Girl.
